01 - Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.
02 - Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels. In a large bowl, toss wings with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
03 - Arrange wings in a single layer in air fryer basket. Cook in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding.
04 - Air fry for 24-26 minutes, shaking basket halfway through cooking time, until wings are golden brown and crispy.
05 - While wings cook, melt butter in small saucepan over medium-low heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned. Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan, parsley, and red pepper flakes if using.
06 - Transfer cooked wings to large bowl. Pour garlic-Parmesan butter over wings and toss thoroughly to coat.
07 - Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan and parsley as desired.
