01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease an 8x8-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
02 - In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and buffalo wing sauce. Stir until completely smooth and well incorporated.
03 - Add shredded chicken to the bowl along with garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix thoroughly to evenly distribute seasonings.
04 - Fold in half of the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheeses until evenly distributed throughout the chicken mixture.
05 - Spread the chicken mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheeses over the top.
06 - Bake for 30-35 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown on top. The edges should be slightly crisped.
07 - Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes to set. Top with sliced green onions, blue cheese crumbles, and chopped parsley if desired.
08 - Serve hot accompanied by celery sticks, tortilla chips, or a fresh green salad.
